This is so good and so clear. It has been so frustrating finding a place to live with these very fundamental points of truths on how to live on this planet. There are some groups in Russia who practice something very close to what you are describing. They were started, years ago by a series of books called the ringing cedar trees. There are now a good number of communities across Russia that have a lifestyle that is very healthy, creative and in good relationship with all of earth's queen & kingdoms. And then there's Damanhur over in northern Italy. Someone once remarked to me that the manure has to be kept turned over and over again before the roses can grow! Another great turning is needed for all the egoistic, immature, self centered, yet also very insecure human beings to be transformed. Not only do they not know what or who they are..which then keeps them from knowing their place in the natural world. These are the people who can be convinced that snow is black. It is horribly ridiculous.

Human information processing is a survival technique, so we fix problems as expeditiously as possible. The effect is patches over the tears in the previous patches, all the way down. Now that entire Tower of Babel is starting to shake and shudder.

The problem with fixing it is trying to clarify the underlaying dynamics, rather than just sticking a bigger bandaid over the bullet wound.

What are the most basic errors that can be explained in terms the most people can understand in ways that change the entire process?

I can name three; Time, God and money.

Time;

As mobile organisms, this sentient interface our body has with its situation functions as a sequence of perceptions, in order to navigate, so it is our experience of time that it is this narrative flow, from past to future, while the evident reality is that activity and the resulting change turns future to past. Tomorrow becomes yesterday, because the earth turns.

There is no dimension of time, because the past is consumed by the present, to inform and drive it. Causality and conservation of energy. Cause becomes effect.

No time traveling around the fabric of spacetime, as it is more a tapestry being woven of strands being pulled from what was woven.

Different clocks can run at different rates simply because they are separate actions. Think metabolism.

Energy is conserved, because it manifests this presence, creating time, temperature, pressure, color, sound, as frequencies and amplitudes, rates and degrees.

The present goes past to future, as the patterns generated go future to past, because energy drives the wave, the fluctuations rise and fall. No tiny strings necessary.

Consciousness also goes past to future, as the perceptions, emotions and thoughts giving it form and structure go future to past. Suggesting consciousness manifests as energy.

As it is the digestive system processing the energy, feeding the flame, while the nervous system sorts the patterns, signals from the noise, there does tend to be this cognitive focus on the patterns, the information, then trying to extract explanation from what is effect.

So reality is more thermodynamic feedback loops, than narrative flow.

Yet that narrative flow is the basis of human thought, history and culture.

God;

The problem with monotheism, as the foundational premise of Western Civilization, is that ideals are not absolutes.

Truth, beauty, platonic forms are ideals. The core codes, creeds, heroes, narratives at the center of every culture are ideals.

The universal, on the other hand, is the elemental. So a spiritual absolute would be the essence of sentience, from which life rises, not an ideal of wisdom and judgment, from which it fell. The light shining through the film, than the stories paying out on it.

To the Ancients, gods were as much metaphors and memes, as spirits. In a world not yet intellectually sterilized by all the reductionist formalisms, it was a logical basis for conceptual development and evolution.

Morality is not absolute, as it couldn’t be transgressed, if it were. Like a temperature below absolute zero.

Morals are those qualities, like honesty, integrity, trust, honor, respect, responsibility, that are the glues enabling and holding society together, that grow and develop as functions of social strength, not dictates handed down from above.

Money;

In that states function as social super organisms, government, executive and regulatory, is the nervous system, while money and banking function as blood and the circulation system.

We have evolved enough to understand that as government has to serve the entire society, if only to prevent civil wars and revolutions, that it works best as a public utility.

We haven’t yet come to understand the same principle applies to banking.

When the medium enabling markets is a player and not a utility, the rest are tenant farmers.

In a market economy, money is the medium. In a capitalist economy, money is the message. One is a tool, the other is a god.

As linear, goal oriented creatures in this cyclical, circular, reciprocal, feedback generated reality, people see money as signal to save and store, while markets need it to circulate. Consequently Econ 101 refers to money as both medium of exchange and store of value.

Roads are a medium, parking lots are a store. If we treated roads like we treat money, everything would be paved over, but we would still be fighting over who has the biggest lots and charging tolls, aka, interest on anyone needing to use ours.

In your body, blood is the medium, fat is the store. Mix them up and you are dead. Try telling a doctor that medium and store are interchangeable and he will look at you like you are really stupid, but to an economist, it would be common knowledge. Consequently the entire financial accounting system of society has been turned into a giant casino, in order to keep all the excess notational value busy. The financial tail is wagging the economic dog.

So rather than resources being allocated where they would have the greatest benefit, much is siphoned off to feed large egos, leaving the rest to fight over the scraps. It would be like the heart telling the hands and feet to go suck dirt, as it is keeping the blood for itself.

As a medium, you own money like you own the section of road you are on, or the air and water flowing through your body. It doesn't have your picture on it, you don't hold the copyrights and, most importantly, are not directly responsible for its value, like a personal check.

While we might think of it as a commodity to mine from the economy, like we mine gold from the ground, or bitcoin from computer processing, it functions as a contract, between the holder and the rest of society.

As a contract, storing the asset side of the ledger requires a debt on the other side, so much economic, social and political activity is designed to generate debt, to store the illusion of wealth.

That the flunkies allowed in DC are best at running up debt and the financial sector needs this debt to grow metastatically is not coincidence. The secret sauce of capitalism is public debt backing private wealth.

“The real money is in bonds.”

The banks are having their, "Let them eat cake." moment.

Another reason against having a democracy is demonstrated by this quote: “Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.”

Why do many talk like we ever had freedom?

Perhaps it was freer for some groups in the past, but think about how apartheid happened only up to a few decades ago.

Women also were treated like property.

Oh and direct democracy would work fine even if people are generally dumb. Voting for a representative is worse as they not only are dumb, they're much easier to corrupt by the wealthy few.

There's a story why direct democracy would work.

There was a party and they had everyone guess how many marbles were in a jar.

Some guessed wildly high or low. Others closer to the median.

After averaging it by adding up the numbers and dividing by the number of people who guessed the answer was very close to the actual number!

So despite guessing, the group overall lead to reality....

But the system itself is the manifestation of The Sla-Mas-Moron virus mentioned by Pierre Coupet which is embedded in the DNA of every single human being. Thus, the futility of looking for the probable fix you refer to.

The history of mankind from time immemorial to this very minute and second as I write this is prima facie evidence that such a virus is at play - regardless of what we care to call it.

However, that being said, you would have to show proof of its existence. Proof which requires the submission of data to a prestigious publication (journal, conference, or archive) for peer review, validation, and archival inclusion.

Since we are controlled by this virus, it stands to reason that we can only rely on the prima facie and incontestable evidence of the manifestation of such virus: the human condition. Hence, an impossible burden of proof of its existence.

As the old saying goes, the greatest trick the devil has ever performed is "to make people believe that he does not exist."

For example, how many of you who have read this document believe in the existence of the Sla-Mas-Moron virus? What kind of proof do you need? How much proof do you need?

Ask any AI system or Agentic AI about the Sla-Mas-Moron virus and gauge their response: No such virus exists.
