I agree with most of this except for the ketogenic diet.
Moderation is better, which is avoiding bad carbs like in the Paleo diet.
Keto is extreme and more of a cycle to run here and there if needed.
My personal experience with keto was that I took it well but in my physical job I had less energy and occasional headaches.
I eat more carbs and sugar now and I've actually done better than before. Perhaps some body types do better but I'm athletic/naturally thin.
As for supplements I've recently found creatine which helps transport energy not just for the body but the brain too.
It's also very helpful for people with dementia, but they take higher than normal doses.
I take 5g in the morning in my coffee or tea and 5 in the evening.
