Oh! this is deep! and troubling and honest and everyone should read it to understand it.

Thank you for your words that make us think.

I once asked a neuroscientist friend to explain how does the brain do logic? What is controlled? Why did intelligence develop?

Movement is easy, but knowing when to stop is not.

That requires calculation and memory.

Same applies to logic, emotions, and beliefs.

So, now I understand how some were able to be ok with apartheid or slavery not long ago.

They are an older version of the human psychology software.

Did you know babies were operated on without anesthesia up until the mid 80s? Apparently doctors thought babies didn't feel pain! Crazy!

That's insane

oh how far we have to go still to become human. those poor babies!

It makes me wonder what we are doing these days that we will look back on from the future and say, "How in the world did they think that was okay to do?"

Hej, wieder mal eine brilliante Geschichte/Beobachtung/präzise Wahrnehmung. — Ich wünschte, ich könnte sooo schreiben. Mit so viel atmosphärischem Gespür.

Danke dafür.

Brilliant Jan! Tight. Real. Deep. Shallow. It's all of us.

But I want to know what happened after this!

Jann, this is so good, so many great ideas here. I particularly appreciate:

“ …people in the grip of a strong conviction walk around looking like they cracked the code on vitality. They’ve been relieved of doubt. Doubt is exhausting, enervating. Certainty is cocaine, liberating…

“The program gets handed to us early — before we’re old enough to ask what the logic behind it all is. The wound goes back further than anyone can remember. Inflicted by someone who needed your anger pointed at some other guy. To manufacture chaos —the chief ingredient of control — we need this opposition to go on ad infinitum.”

The Covid mass hysteria starkly demonstrated that authority—orchestrated by Shadow Power—purposefully gives us an incoherent narrative in order to keep us perpetually off balance. The official story never makes sense, has not for all our lives, and gets increasingly worse every day. Dr. Joost Meerloo describes well this phenomenon in The Rape of The Mind.

And yet, as you point out, we crave certainty. The myth of democracy, citizenship promises understanding, yet lies are all that is on the menu. In the public realm, the ONLY thing we can be sure of is that we are being fed lies. And this is a feature, not a bug.

Discussing with people what the telescreen feeds us, I increasingly feel like I am discussing Santa Clause with a credulous four-year-old. One does not need the Epstein revelations to see the true, dark nature of authority, and most people can tolerate only so much truth, as Nietzsche observed. Society divides into believers & skeptics, with every conceivable subgroup assiduously getting fractured over chimeras. Social engineers condition us to loathe our neighbor and trust the plan, while the only sane response is to do the opposite. But here we are.

In short, thank you very much for your work, Jann.

P.S. Jann, it galls me to no end that your English prose is so stunning. Well played, Sir!

If tribalism is the only measure of right and wrong, she is, possibly, more right than you.

On a different note, perhaps it is only possible to defeat our enemy without loss of self once we no longer hate them, and the ability to see that makes western man fatally weak in the face of the dubiously sentient.
